TSW Packaging Solutions was founded on 1st March 2017 by Mr. Sandeep Khot, a packaging professional with a Master’s degree in Packaging from IIP Mumbai and nearly a decade of experience at the U.S. multinational Signode India Limited.

What began as a focused partnership with Signode India in the Maharashtra region has now grown into a trusted one-stop destination for complete industrial packaging solutions. Today, TSW is a channel partner of global leaders like Signode India and ZAVENIR DAUBERT, offering world-class technologies, consumables, and customized solutions tailored for diverse industries.

Our Journey

2017: Launched TSW Packaging Solutions as Signode India’s channel partner in Maharashtra – taping, strapping and wrapping – automation, tools and consumables.
2019: Founded TSW Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., became channel partner of ZAVENIR DAUBERT (USA) for rust prevention chemicals, VCI packaging.
2020: Began in-house manufacturing of corrugated boxes, wooden boxes and pallets.
2022: Collaboration with Signode for Heavy Duty Packaging Solutions.
2023: Expanded from 10,000 sq. ft. to 110,000 sq. ft. facility in Pune to produce heavy-duty corrugated & wooden packaging and export-ready solutions.
2024: Start Manufacturing of customize EPS foam protective solution.
2025: Added returnable packaging (FLC)
BHAG: 100 CR in 2029

Director Message

TSW is my brainchild. I have invested my years of dedication, experience, knowledge and hard work in this first venture. It is not only my business, it is a valued emotion that changed a lot in me and a lot in the world around me. TSW is primarily helping businesses in their processes, secondary packaging, rust prevention and transit packaging. It was founded on 1st March 2017, by myself-Sandeep Khot, after completing my Masters in Packaging, from IIP Mumbai, and working with US MNC-Signode India Limited from 2008 to 2017.
